Shipping

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you on Etoyhobbies.com's shipment to the shipping carrier.

Returns

In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty, Etoyhobbies.com will replace the goods without charge or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection providing the damage is reported within forty-eight hours after delivery. Please contact us before sending back your item/s.

Cancelations

Once your order has been placed, our goal is to get it processed as fast as possible. If you need to cancel your purchase, give us a call or send us an email within 24 hours and we will see what we can do!

Payments

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Card payments via Google Checkout and PAYPAL.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Etoyhobbies.com have cleared in full.

Your card payment will then be processed by the Google Checkout secure server or by PayPal and then sent to us for the order to be fulfilled. You will receive an e-mail informing you of the transaction and you will also be sent an e-mail invoice/confirmation from us telling you your order number and the delivery information. Keep this e-mail for future reference, in the unlikely event of a complaint, you will need the order number that we provide you with.
